Ashley SUndell
My name is Ashley and I am a mom of 2 teenagers. I am certified in Functional Range Conditioning, specializing in mobility and individual and group strength training. I have been working with Chaz and AthleteIQ for a few years now and I truly feel like I've found my home. I have not always been an "athlete" as one would define it but Chaz took the time to teach me the importance of physical health, my body and how to make it work more efficiently. I have developed a passion for health and fitness and building a body that will allow myself, and others, to live life to the fullest. I love pushing others to find their inner athlete and accomplish challenges they didn't think they could. My goal is to take what I've learned and practiced, plant the seeds, and maybe change a few lives.

Our unique approach
The internet shows us endless displays of creative and interesting feats of strength, speed, and agility, yet the rate of injuries among athletes is higher than ever.
Do we really know more?
AthleteIQ is evolving human performance by offering a shift in paradigm regarding the meaning, goals and execution of strength and movement enhancement in athletes.
The ability to acquire optimum skill at a sport is dependent on movement quality. Our groundbreaking programs go to the source where movements are created, so you can bring a new, more advanced, body to each training day.
These powerful initiatives prime the body to learn and acquire skill.
AthleteIQ creates an adaptable and movement intelligent athlete. This is the essence of athleticism and creates the right conditions to unlock and emerge your full potential!
