Our unique approach
AthleteIQ is redefining human performance with a modern, science-driven approach to strength training and movement development.
In a world of conflicting fitness advice, random workouts, and quick- fix trends, we provide clarity: AN EXCEPTIONAL BODY, one with resilient joints, real strength and efficient movement is the foundation to feeling better, moving better and performing better!
Our programs are built on the physical qualities that matter most, developed through advanced sport-science tools once reserved for laboratories and professional teams. Through force-plate diagnostics, joint specific capacity training, and data driven progressions, we identify what's holding you back and build the qualities that elevate everything you do.
Instead of chasing surface-level outcomes, we target the underdeveloped or missing physical capacities that limit coordination, skill acquisition, power, and durability. When your body is structurally prepared, your nervous system can finally organize movement efficiently, unlocking abilities that previously felt out of reach!
Let AthleteIQ be your guide through the noise.
We eliminate time-wasting exercises, remove unnecessary risk, and focus on the high impact attributes that generate meaningful change. Whether you're developing youth athletic foundations, competing at an elite level, or simply seeking pain free movement- our system provides a roadmap out of stagnation, low performance, and chronic tightness or discomfort.
Experience the difference yourself! Join that athletes and adults who have discovered what smart training actually feels like. Your first session is FREE! Consider it your entry point to stronger joints, better movement, and a body built to perform in whatever you choose next!

Ashley SUndell
My name is Ashley and I am a mom of 2 teenagers. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Range Conditioning Specialist. I have been working with Chaz and AthleteIQ for a few years now and I truly feel like I've found my home. I have not always been an "athlete" as one would define it but Chaz took the time to teach me the importance of physical health, my body and how to make it work more efficiently. I have developed a passion for health and fitness and building a body that will allow myself, and others, to live life to the fullest. I love pushing others to find their inner athlete and accomplish challenges they didn't think they could. My goal is to take what I've learned and practiced, plant the seeds, and maybe change a few lives.
